Kali vs. Trump (Who do you think will win?)

Happy New Year! Here's an outstanding article (see below) by Vera de Chalambert about the outcome of the 2016 election. Whoever said it's darkest before the light was right. I abstained from the voting process. Deciding between the lesser of two evils was simply not good enough. I have been told that not participating is an abuse of my privileged life in a democracy, a dishonoring of my ancestors. What is this strange impulse to shame those who choose not to enter this dark play? Also, it is my "right" to abstain. Why are the variations between sitting, bending the knee, raising a fist or choosing not to vote policed by common people? There is work to do. Yes! And quite often the ballot in local, on the ground politics is effective. Less so when it comes to electing the "leader of the free world". I learned this in 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012. It took me 12 years to learn how conveniently "change" morphs into "same".
